According to Alam et al., (2010) conflicts are expected to arise because of the following: budget and schedule constraints and the power and political processes that come into play as project cross functional boundaries. Considering these complex relationships in projects, if the project managers know how to communicate efficaciously with their members to find common ground, so as to avoid time wasting disputes.
