Diversity training is another option that helps in educating staff and the management of the importance of handling diverse to improve on the success of operations in the company. Furthermore, middle the organization should significantly involve middle management, which mostly deals with the workforce to improve on diversity management. It is, therefore, important to address various facts that face the current workforce especially the ever-increasing gap in skills.
